Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 August 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Omnich, operated by Standard Digitals ("we," "us"). By creating an account or connecting a business channel, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
Omnich lets you connect business channels — including Google My Business, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp Business — to a single dashboard for managing reviews, messages, scheduled posts, broadcast campaigns, and advertising performance, with AI-assisted drafting.
3. Your account and connected channels
You're responsible for the accuracy of business information you provide and for maintaining the authority to connect each channel on that business's behalf. You may disconnect a channel at any time from the Connect Channels page, which revokes our access to it going forward.
4. WhatsApp and messaging acceptable use
You agree, when using Omnich's WhatsApp broadcast features, to:
- Only message recipients who have opted in to receive messages from your business.
- Use approved message templates in line with WhatsApp Business Platform policies, and not attempt to send unsolicited bulk or spam messages.
- Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy at all times.
- Honor opt-out requests promptly.
We reserve the right to suspend broadcast access for any account found in violation of these terms or of Meta's platform policies, since violations can affect the messaging quality rating of every business connected through our Tech Provider account.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Omnich to post, send, or publish unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content, to impersonate a business you don't represent, or to attempt to circumvent any connected platform's own terms of service.
6. Fees
Fees, if applicable to your plan, are communicated separately and billed as agreed at signup. Platform costs charged directly by Google, Meta, or other channel providers (such as per-message WhatsApp conversation fees) are separate from and in addition to any Omnich subscription fee.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, particularly where downtime stems from a connected third-party platform (e.g. a Meta or Google API outage) outside our control.
8. Termination
You may stop using Omnich and disconnect all channels at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, connected-platform policies, or applicable law.
9. Liability
Omnich is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Standard Digitals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including actions taken by third-party platforms on connected accounts.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Punjab having jurisdiction.
